Job Description

GDIT is seeking a talented professional to provide administrative support to the Navy International Programs Office (Navy IPO), Security Directorate. The selectee will work with an experienced group of military and government civilian professionals to manage and implement Security-related functions in support of Security Assistance and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the Navy while maintaining and securing the reception area. Duties and responsibilities include: greeting visitors and assisting Security as the frontline Point of Contact (POC) for facilitating specific security-related procedures, managing the Foreign Visit System-Confirmation Module (FVS-CM), the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), and possibly other Microsoft Access and DoD databases. Other duties include routine administrative tasks, responding to requests for assistance, and performing other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of related administrative experience.

Familiarity and experience utilizing the Navy Correspondence Manual and the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) is desired.
