Job Description

Candidate will assist database administrators, engineers, and analysts in developing database requirements, schema, stored procedures, and views.

Candidate will support automating database backups, manage clustered database environments, conduct performance testing, and import/export stored data for enterprise and client databases (MySQL, SQLite, Access, etc.).

Candidate will assist software engineers in developing software/system requirements, documentation, algorithms, test procedures, middleware (Hibernate, Vaadin, WireShark, etc) applications, and front-end user interfaces (JAVA, Perl, C++, Web-GL, Open-GL, C#, J#, JavaScript VB Script, Shell, MATLAB, VB.NET, etc).

Candidate will assist with the implementation, training, and maintenance of databases and applications.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software package.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work with other engineering disciplines.
  • Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Experience with MySQL, SQLite, and Access.
Experience with Hibernate, Vaadin, WireShark.
Experience with JAVA, Perl, C++, Web-GL, Open-GL, C#, J#, JavaScript VB Script, Shell, MATLAB, VB.NET.
