Job Description

Support Business Development Operations Manager by performing analytical and administrative tasks to support organizational objectives and work with management to help formulate policies and establish workflows to ensure Business process improvement.

Specific duties include:

  • Assist with formulating/monitoring policies and standards, improving business processes, managing daily operations
  • Analyze current processes/systems and recommend ways to optimize them to support unique business needs
  • Manage SharePoint administrative activities such as governance, data management, troubleshooting, site creation, end user access and problem resolution
  • Respond to internal inquiries and navigate internal online resources to provide information and resolve issues
  • Assist with management of internal BD gate review process
  • Assist with management of BOTS, including training users and developing views, dashboards and other analytic tools
  • Support management and oversight of consultants, including onboarding process
  • Develop onboarding process for new hires within the organization, focusing on familiarization with online resources
  • Process electronic and paper filing for BD department
  • Help maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

High proficiency with Excel

Ability to effectively navigate websites for purposes of research and accessing information

SharePoint experience preferred

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent communication and customer support skills

Detail oriented, analytical, and critical thinking

Quick thinker and learned; ability to learn practices and concepts he/she does not already know a must
Ability to obtain a security clearance preferred
