Job Description

Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the client organization at Department of Navy staff.  The client's mission is to promote and resource international cooperation in technology information and associated research and collaboration. 

1. Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including establishment and maintenance of international agreements, oversight of cooperative activities with partner countries, and supporting planning, budgeting and execution routines within the client organization. 

2. Perform clerical and administrative tasks associated with office operations and Department of the Navy protocol and outreach initiatives.  

3. May perform planning activities, including travel and event coordination.

4. May assist in routines to ensure compliance with company, customer and government security regulations and procedures.

5. May maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.

6. Participates in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

2-5 years of related administrative and analytical experience.
