As a Business Operations Analyst at GDIT you will have the opportunity to integrate relationships between business units and central corporate functions to ensure success in meeting business and corporate goals and objectives. Essential Job Functions
• Collects information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases from the computer and reading reports
• Performs internal audits
• Participates in the Change Management process by acting as Change Manager to facilitate the entire Change Management Process.
• Engages the Problem Management process and perform Root Cause Analysis to assist both internal and external customers. 
• Assists in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities
• Assists in analyzing and documenting client's business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel
• Participates in meetings with clients and/or Business Relation Managers to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions
• Various duties that enhance the productivity and procedures of the company
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization
• Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
• Ability to work closely with others at all levels of the organization
