We are seeking highly skilled Crestron Programmer to join our Justice Programs team in support of the Department of Justice.  The primary duties for this position included Crestron programming, drafting engineering drawings, researching new technologies, and Integration along with the following duties:

  • Develop and maintain schematics, flow diagrams, and drawings for installation of new equipment.
  • Develop and maintain visual control solutions for multi-faceted AV collaboration systems.
  • Crestron software modeling and testing in-house as well as on-site
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems including technical assistance and resolving related issues for end users
  • Provide end-user training on audio visual systems for client.
  • Support AV programming, audio DSP design and setup, Network Setup, and control systems with new AV control systems.
  • Assist installation team in troubleshooting hardware cabling and components in addition to touch panel programming.
  • Maintain program version control and adhere to configuration management standards. Configuration management.
  • Experience with Skype for business Polycom/ Cisco, and similar products.
  • Extensive commercial AV systems knowledge along with keeping abreast of trending AV technology and advanced trouble shooting skills.

Job Requirements

  • Seeking a Crestron Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Requires 10 to 15 years of information technology experience.  8 years of specialized experience in Audio Visual (AV)  Systems programming and solution development is required, preferably Creston.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of Crestron products, AV equipment, cabling, and video teleconferencing equipment.
