GDIT is looking for a Desktop Support Manager to lead a new program. In this role, the successful candidate will be the single point of contact for the Client.

Job Functions

The proposed Desktop Support Manager shall demonstrate the following:

  • Knowledge on how to create and deliver on service level agreements and operating level agreements
  • Knowledge of how to align desktop support services with business strategy, objectives and processes
  • Experience on metrics and key performance indicators essential to desktop support performance reporting
  • Knowledge on managing day-to-day functions of desktop support as well as master critical performance and customer service strategies

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in an associated discipline
  • HDI Desktop support Manager (HDI-DSM)
  • Secret Clearance required

Certifications

  • ITIL foundation certification
