Job Description

Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.

1.  Provide DoDAAC coordination at Camp Arifjan to make requested changes to all TAC addresses for Units in Theater.
2.  Align DoDAACs and confirm DoDAACs in the CENTCOM CTASC system for deploying and redeploying units.
3.  Solicit definitions of customer DoDAAC requirements and align DoDAACs on the CTASC when the necessary actions have been taken by the installation DoDAAC Coordinators and ARCENT.
4.  Use automated management tools to create and maintain a list of DoDAACs that need to be flagged and/or deleted at the CTASC for internal and external customers.
5.  Maintain a daily comprehensive database for all DoDAACs utilized in Theater.
6.  Make RIC Supporting Changes for customers going to sites other than originally planned.
7.  Assist with the Coordination actions needed to properly close DoDAACs of units leaving theater and their associated documents in compliance with the command policy.
8.  Assist the CTASC Customer Assistance section with the removal of dormant DoDAACs.   Prepare plans, orders, and standard operating procedures to implement for DoDAAC policies throughout the Theater.
9.  Work will be performed IAW AR 710-2 (Supply Policy Below National Level), DA Pam 710-2-1 (Unit Supply System), AR735-5  (Property Policies and Procedures Accountability) and AR 220-1 (Unit Status Reporting).

Job Requirements

Minimum of 10 years experience with supply management at battalion level or above.

Secret Clearance required.

Must have an active US Passport.

Military rank of E7 or above.
