We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst in Falls Church, Va to join our team.

Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Participates in the preparation of the annual incurred cost submissions for the Division Administrative Contracting Officer (DACO) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA);
  • Serves as a DCAA liaison for incurred cost proposal reviews and audits and other audits and data requests for the DCAA on-site auditors;
  • Provide Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) guidance to internal customers;
  • May assist with disclosure statement preparation, review and revisions;
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices;
  • Provides assistance as needed in the contract close-out process;
  • Researches and resolves cost accounting issues;
  • Participates in special projects as required.


To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance  and 3 years finance experience OR an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working with Deltek Costpoint Accounting software preferred
  • Experience working with Cognos preferred
  • Experience working with Government Contracts and Customer invoicing.  
  • Experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its requirements
  • Significant experience utilizing Microsoft Excel for detailed financial analysis
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Powerpoint and Word
