HUMINT Operations Officer - Senior in Stuttgart at General Dynamics Information Technology

Job Description

  1. Directs, manages and supports strategic, operational, and/or tactical Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations in support of the Government customer.
  2. Directs and manages HUMINT reporting from various platforms supporting the customer’s area of responsibility.
  3. Oversees source management activities and exercises proper counterintelligence tradecraft.
  4. Directs, prioritizes, coordinates, and tracks mission requirements and tasking for collection assets.
  5. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
  6. Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced staff, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
  7. Participates in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • With a Bachelor’s Degree, 8 years of related experience conducting and supporting HUMINT operations.
  • With an Associate’s Degree, 10 years of related conducting and supporting HUMINT operations.
  • With a High School Diploma, 12 years of related experience conducting and supporting HUMINT operations.
  • Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in HUMINT operations.
  • Experience working with HUMINT tools including but not limited to HOT-R and CHROME.
  • Possess a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI), with the ability to take a Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Desired:

  • Recent experience (within the last five years) working at or above the Combatant Command level.
  • Experience working in the US European Command Area of Responsibility.
