At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an IT Service Delivery Manager supporting JSP-ETM, you will be trusted to determine functional requirements and serve as technical advisor to clients in assigned subject areas. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Perform functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships. 
  • Research, identify, and recommend resources required for task execution and completion. 
  • Perform functional modeling based on requirements analysis. 
  • Recommend functional changes and identify areas for further investigation. 
  • Develop new systems or updates existing systems to meet client needs. 
  • Identify emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems. 
  • Write and update project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. 
  • Conducts functional testing of various systems. 
  • May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. 
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. 
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

5-8 years of related experience.

Active Secret Clearance.
