Job Description

Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.

1. Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.

2. Establishes course content and objectives.

3. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

4. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

5. Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

7. Participates in special projects as required.

Additional duties include: Develop/deliver training support for Active Directory and Server Console to Rotational Training Units. Working on servers creating active directory accounts and email accounts for training. (All our training specialists have to be able to perform lower level engineer functions as well as assist and train the customer/RTU to get their systems online.) Assisting with Active Directory and Server Console issues/training.

Job Requirements

2-5 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.

CompTIA Secuirty + certification is required Desired skills includes experience with 

Army Battle Command Systems (MCS)

The training specialist on this team needs a combo of skillsets-- a technical background and Security Plus (+) certification, the ability to run a help desk/communicate effectively verbally and in writing in addition to the training development/delivery component.
