Job Description

This position is not yet funded

(This is a (3)-month temporary position.)

Duties include:

Provide program support as a Knowledge Analyst

Assist with establishing and maintaining an IT knowledgebase.

Assist with design and implementation of a Knowledge Management processes to include knowledge article creation, review, submission, approval, and publishing.

Coordinate with service desk for ongoing validations of technical accuracy of articles.

Collaborate across Tiers to facilitate and influence the creation of knowledge articles.

Report monthly on knowledge articles publishes per person and per Support Team.

Creation of knowledge articles to assist Tier 1 and 1.5 with meeting or exceeding First Contact Resolution (FCR) SLAs; and assist Tier 0 (interactive users) with self-help.

Meet with technical SMEs to promote the creation of knowledge articles

Required Proficiency: 

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interpret technical data and present it in a way that is consumable to all users.

Strong technical writing skills.

Preferred Experience: 

Prior experience as Service Desk Technician

Experience with process modelling and capture of technical requirements

Prior experience creating Project Sites, managing community repositories in Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and adhering to best practices and established governance policy within client environment
