Job Description

The Health Solutions Section of General Dynamics Information Technology is looking for an analyst with strong facilitation and matrix management skills.  This position will lead process improvement initiatives providing recommendations to senior leadership as well as mentor green belt Lean Six Sigma team projects. 


  • Bachelor degree or appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • Green Belt in Lean and/or Six Sigma with 3+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to coordinate and matrix manage teams in process improvement efforts
  • Proven communication skills – both written and presentation skills will be evaluated during application process
  • Excellent creative problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to perform and interpret basic statistical analysis. 
  • Able to work independently, self-directed, and solutions-oriented.
  • Sound organizational and planning skills with a solid attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and perform detailed work with skill and accuracy is required.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite 2007-2010 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of CX methodology.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and The Affordable Care Act programs.
  • Black belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Job Requirements


  • Contact Center Operations experience
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and technology such as MiniTab, Tableau, SAS, etc.
  • Military experience
  • PMP certified
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, including 9001, 14000, 18000, and 20000.
