Job Description

Each team of screeners and quality control linguists shall have designated team leaders. The team leader will coordinate assigned project tasks, relay management requirements to the team, ensure training of team members, and update production schedules. The successful candidate will use and update style and translation standards guides, and perform other related tasks as assigned. He or she will serve as the client’s principal representatives during non-core hours, interact with NMEC customers and platforms and respond to requirements and requests. The team lead will maintain situational awareness and notify government leadership as the need arises.

Job Requirements

2 years of experience managing linguists The successful candidate will also have an ILR 3 rating in a foreign language and English.

He or she will be proficient in MS Office; comfortable briefing senior Government personnel; able to multi-task and organize; and be adaptable to changing & evolving requirements. The largest volumes are expected in Arabic, Korean and Pashto.
