Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, and maintenance and/or repair activities. This role will assist with program order planning efforts. 

  • Analyzes standard contractual document, customer usage data, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts.
  • Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.
  • Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
  • Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required
  • Coordinates with cross-functional groups to process all customer orders within contractual requirements
  • Monitors open orders to ensure that older orders are being prioritized through the entire order cycle (from approval to fulfillment)
  • Collects delivery information from a variety of sources to elevate urgent items to warehouse operations 
  • Coordinate with Procurement Team to ensure stock is delivered on schedule

Candidate must be detail-oriented, a self-starter who takes initiative, and can work with minimal direction to execute assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

2+ years’ experience in customer order management and/or customer service. 

Secret clearance.
