Job Description

Supports the leading and managing the messaging support team and overseeing all messaging services.  Assists with designing messaging architecture and implements enhancements.  Assists with planning workloads, assigning projects, and overseeing all administrative tasks associated with the operations of the messaging system.  Provides guidance and expertise to team and assists with troubleshooting complex issues. Executes mail engineering and operational tasks daily.

Job Requirements

Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging services, with a minimum of 5 years managing and overseeing technical support teams. Must be certified in Microsoft O365 or equivalent.
