Job Description

We are seeking a full-time instructor, curriculum developer, trainer, and maintainer to support the development, execution and sustainment of training in all phases and modules of the Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) at Ft Huachuca (FH) and the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE). In addition to the Common Core Training curricula, the WOBC Program of Instruction (POI) is composed of advanced Technician and Certification training in Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) All-Source Intelligence Analysis (350F).

Assist in the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) duties for all WOBC. This will include, (but may not be limited to) developing, updating, and maintaining lesson plans, pertinent training materials, tests, student handouts, critical task lists, TDC input, schedule development, test training support packages, incorporation of lessons-learned into courseware, and courseware improvement recommendations based on approved Government doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.

1. Coordinates the development and delivery of complex training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.

2. Establishes and reviews course content and objectives.

3. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

4. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

5. Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

6. Provides work leadership to lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs, and may have supervisory responsibilities.

7. May serve as technical team or task lead.

8. Conducts research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.

9. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

10. Participates in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

8-10 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.

Must have deployment experience no more than 48 months old at time of employment.

Must have honorably served in the military in MOS 350F or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service, or U.S. government agency for a minimum of 6 years.

Must possess a valid Top Secret (TS)/SCI or interim TS security clearance when hired and be able to maintain this clearance while employed in this position.

Must meet and maintain all Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70 and as supplemented in local regulatory guidance and policies. It is preferred that subcontract instructors possess applicable instructor qualifications (i.e. - Army Basic Instructor Course [ABIC], Instructor Training Course [ITC], Common Faculty Development Program – Instruction Course [CFPD-IC] and Small Group Instructor Training Course [SGITC]) upon acceptance of employment as required. If subcontracted instructor does not possess these qualifications, the applicant must be able to pass the requisite USAICoE-provided courses on the first iteration of classes made available by the government and maintain such certifications throughout duration of employment.

Must have experience in an Analysis Control Element (ACE) and/or S/G/J2X operations or served in an Operational Management Team (OMT) in a Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (CICA) / Task Force Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (TFCICA) capacity.
