Job Description

As part of a team of programmers and subject matter experts, responsible for formulating, designing and/or modifying business processes based on Government Stakeholders requirements to integrate numerous standalone systems into a single enterprise solution. Conduct research to identify governing policy(ies) and coordinate with key stakeholders to identify process requirements and objectives. Develop process objectives and end states; process steps and workflows to effectively implement the policy. Ensure ease of use, achievement of process objectives, and gathering of business intelligence data. Coordinate drafts with stakeholders and support the Lead Process Engineer for process approval. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of process engineering/re-engineering (BPE/R) and prior BPE/R experience.

5-8 years of directly related analyzing user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects or 2 years experience with a PhD or 4 years experience with a Masters Degree. 

Strong understanding of SharePoint 2013. Familiar with ServiceNow (preferred)
