Job Description

Performs a variety of program management tasks with emphasis on acquisition:

1. Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules.

2. Performs program management, technical, financial or business case analysis.

3. Participates as a member of or in support of integrated product teams and associated meeting.

4. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

5.Tracks program/project status and schedules.

6. Applies policies and procedures for development of program acquisition documentation such as acquisition plans, procurement initiation documents, statements of work and other procurement related documentation.

7. May perform business development activities.

8. Participates in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

At least four (4) years experience in program management/acquisition/financial including processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.  Knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs as specified in the DoD 5000 series instructions.
