Job Description

The Program/Data Analyst supports a government-funded Monitoring program by conducting high-level data analysis using information collected during on-site monitoring visits and from other sources.

Duties include:

  • Consults with the Task Manager regarding data collection needs
  • Identifies new and existing data points for analysis
  • Develops rules and methodologies for data collection and analysis
  • Develops and revises data collections tools to yield statistically reliable and informative data
  • Helps evaluate and improve data collections processes
  • Gathers data and conducts high-level data interpretation and analysis using a data analytics platform such as Tableau
  • Prepares written summaries and presentations that reflect the results of the data analysis and presents findings to the client
  • Assists with projects that support the Monitoring program

This position is based in Washington, DC.

Job Requirements

  • 8 years of experience with data interpretation and analysis (BA); 5-8 with a Master's degree.
  • Exceptional analytic skills
  • Experience with data management software
  • Strong attention to detail
