Senior Project Manager

U.S. Top Secret Clearance

Seoul, Korea

This is a Key Personnel position. 

This is an Emergency Essential Civilian (EEC) positions.

Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or tasks.

At this level, the position is typically responsible for managing multiple tasks and several medium to large projects, supervising up to 25 employees ' both exempt and non-exempt, and may include one or more subordinate supervisors. Technical difficulty/complexity of assigned tasks/projects may also affect level selection.

  1. Provides C4I customers with courteous, professional, expert on-site technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.

  1. Participate in Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), Configuration Management Boards, Resource Management Boards, working groups (WGs), technical exchanges, and other management meetings and reviews to assist with planning for, integrating, and installing Engineering and Technical Solutions, new tecnologies or configuration changes to Mission Command networks and systems.   

  1. Provide documentation in support of the IPT.

  1. Develop and maintain a Project Plan for each Engineering and Technical Solution (when deemed necessary by the Government).  

  1. Develop and maintain project management products such as schedules and milestone charts as it pertains to Integration and Installation of Engineering Solutions and Technical Solutions to accomplish projects. 

  1. Prepare and present slides/reports associated with Project Mangement and brief Project Management milestones and statuses at weekly recurring Government meetings or as required. 

  1. Coordinate with the responsible Government project advocates and gather information from various Government stakeholders as well as subordinate organization and other contractors to accomplish this task.

  1. Coordinate with Government security personnel to develop necessary documents with respect to projects.

  1. Track all designated Fast-Track priorities and provide a daily status to the Government.

  1. Track all Advanced Technical Solutions (ATS) generated products as part of all ATS-supported projects.

  1. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. Assist the Quality Manager in tracking all contract deliverables.

  1. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

  1. Participates in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

8-10 years of hands-on experience (including supervisory experience) in managing complex IT-project(s) valued over $250,000 and/or affecting 1,000 or more users. 

Required Certifications:

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

ITIL Foundation
