Job Description


This position is supporting training and technical assistance programs by recruiting trainers throughout the United States, maintaining staff availability schedules, and tracking onboarding, background checks and certifications, and assisting with program logistics, such as travel and procurement. Additional duties support deployment operations within the U.S. and travel may be required to training sites. The Recruitment Coordinator supports the overall contract requirements and reports directly to the Program Manager while working closely with the Recruiting Department. This position requires working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted program so applicants should be organized and able to work independently.


  • Assists Program Manager in screening and evaluating external and internal candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements of posted requisitions and refers them to the hiring manager for consideration.
  • Assists with new staff orientations and tracking deployment availability.
  • Consults with hiring managers to assist develop job descriptions.
  • Performs administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions, including contracts, facilities planning, logistics, property management, and purchasing.
  • May perform tasks relative to the control of company and/or government property assigned to the project, including inventory control.
  • May perform facilities planning activities, including coordinating the storage and movement of furniture, systems, and equipment.  
  • Supports program in all areas of deployment and customer site activities.

  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Travel may be required to work sites.
  • Participates in special projects as required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.


  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Clean FBI fingerprint, Child Abuse and Neglect (C/AN) and/or child protective services check.


  • Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
