Job Description

Administers and coordinates facility security activities

The Co-Use Coordinator produces Co-Use & Joint-Use deliverables as initiated by the customer. Job duties and deliverables include:

  1. Create Co-Use agreements, an official ICD 705 form, as a result of Co-Use requests to the customer and from within the customer.  Work with and obtain full agreement by all impacted parties. Record the final documentation and task closure in FIAT. The Government estimates 175 deliverables every 6 months for requests to the customer and 50 deliverables every 6 months for requests from within the customer.
  2. Create Joint-Use agreements, an official ICD 705 form, as a result of Joint Use requests to the customer. A Joint-Use agreement is a variant of a Co-Use agreement in which the SCIF owner shares computer equipment and /or networks. Work with and obtain full agreement by all impacted parties. Record the final documentation and task closure in FIAT. The Government estimates 15 deliverables every 6 months.
  3. Create Cog Transfer Forms, ICD 705 series documents, as a result of a request to or from within the customer. The Cog Transfer Form is a variant of the Co-Use form used to transfer SCIF cognizance to and from the customer. Work with and obtain full agreement by all impacted parties. Record the final documentation and task closure in FIAT. The Government estimates 3 deliverables every 6 months.
  4. Participates in special projects as required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

0+ years of security experience.

 Qualifications:
  1. General security experience. 1+ years of experience preferred.
  2. Experience producing various deliverables as a result of processing Co-Use and Joint-Use agreement requests to and from the government customer.
  3. Familiar with ICD 705 requirements and forms.
  4. Strong written communication skills.
  5. Strong organization skills.
  6. Proficient with MS Office.
  7. Familiarity with web-based applications and databases.
