The Senior Active Directory/SCCM  Engineer provides support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including directory and identity management solutions. Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues. Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determines course of action for new application initiatives.

  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Networking experience (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, SSL, VPN, network topology, firewall)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies.
  • Knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPO’s.
  • Firewall security policy management
  • Network/server security (updates, monitoring, and alerting)
  • SAN, NAS, and local storage RAID array configuration, offsite replication
  • Maintaining and contributing to documentation
  • VMware vSphere/vCenter 5.x/6.x
  • Office 365 management and configuration (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Suite, AzureAD)
  • Active Directory management and configuration (domain users, security groups, distribution groups, group policies)
  • SCCM administration
  • Execution and management of registry keys
  • Windows Server 2008-2016
  • BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience

Additional Responsibilities include:
Consult with other team members and end users to identify PKI requirements and develop requirements documentation. 
Contribute to the technical direction on all areas of PKI architecture, including policies, standards, strategies, automation and governance. 
Provide guidance to key stakeholders on PKI lifecycle, processes and procedures. 
Computer security, specifically in Windows/LINUX OS environment. 
Customer focus for supporting applications / services using certificates.

Additional Qualifications Preferred: 
Professional work experience in a related field such as Public Key Infrastructure, Infrastructure IT (Systems Administration, Network Administration Windows/Linux OS, Network Administration, Active Directory and/or Virtualization. 
Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework of Change/Incident/Problem management. 
Experience with Service Manager.
Strong communication skills in dealing with IT developers and system administrators. 
Experience with certificate management tools.
Powershell or other scripting experience
