Job Description

The Mission Integration Support Officers tasking includes the following:

  • Draft, review, track and disseminate official communications (arrival/departure, admin, track responses and summary).
  • Forward pertinent emails, send reminder notifications of annual training requirements and due dates, capture and disseminate relevant information at the group level that is not captured in front office communications, participate in meetings.
  • Gather and consolidate weekly activities and deliver to managers for submission to leadership.
  • Provide consultation to enable technical support to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development of presentations (briefings, point papers, etc.) for senior management to clearly and concisely communicate sensitive and complex program issues.
  • Provide administrative support to review boards and to facilitate discussions (e.g., metrics on activity for quarterly feedback sessions.
  • Provide support to stakeholders in coordination with Security issues.
  • Maintain the briefings library on the site and shared folders.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Experience providing operational support to government personnel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active and current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in overseas locations in either PCS or TDY capacity
  • Experience working with different government agencies and departments
