Job Description

This position shall develop and teach Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), Concept of Operations (CONOPS) related to the integration with space, cyber, and the Electronic Spectrum (ES). This shall include, but is not limited to, synchronization matrix creation; execution between, space, cyber, and ES; and more specifically, the execution and integration between the Airborne NKO Commander, callsign CROW, and the Non-Kinetic Duty Officer. The contractor shall provide the following courseware development support:
a. Create courseware for Government and military personnel on NKO.
b. Conduct site visits to assist with new topics and create courseware accordingly.
c. Make applicable changes and updates to courseware as needed.
d. Assist with Area of Responsibility (AOR) certification courseware development.
e. Update Job Qualification Sheets and Training Task Lists as needed to meet new requirements and update for NKO positions.
f. Provide input in detailing accomplishments and issues in the performance of the task.
g. Provide instruction/training to military, civilian personnel, and other contractors who perform instructional duties to military members.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree may be waived in lieu of an Associates Degree plus 14 years of experience or no degree plus 16 years' of expereince
  • TS/SCI clearance or Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Operational RC-135 experience
