REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS Eligible

Duties include:

Responsible for architecting the ServiceNow instance based on customer requirements.

Populate tool with foundation data specific to customer organization.

Optimally configure ServiceNow to enable comprehensive reporting.

Configure ServiceNow modules to effectively underpin uniquely defined ITIL processes and ITSM workflows.

Import data from existing Service Desk tools (JIRA and Confluence), and avail for use in ServiceNow.

Collaborate with designated points of contact to refine, test, and debug system as needed. Collaborate with appropriate support teams on system integration efforts.

Ensure availability, reliability, and integrity of ServiceNow system.

Follow established Change Management process for system modification or maintenance.

Design and automate reports that can be auto-generated and easily accessed through ServiceNow.

Effectively engage in all phases of the development lifecycle. Configure and develop core and custom solutions as requested.

Required Proficiency: 

Ability to establish, develop, and maintain ServiceNow based on user requirements.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and system integration.

Must be 8140 Certified

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience establishing instance of ServiceNow.

Degree Desired: 
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

8+ years of relevant experience
