Job Description

NPASE Assistant Training Analyst

Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.

1. Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.

2. Establishes course content and objectives.

3. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

4. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

5. Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

7. Participates in special projects as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for support and daily troubleshooting of ASM account creation and upkeep (user check-in, check-out, reset password, activate accounts, provide training, etc.)
  • Run weekly ASM progress reports for INDOC, Pre-Deployment Checklist, GMT progress and JQR progress
  • Run weekly GMT reports for progress (including additional annual training such as Full Speed Ahead 2.0, Active Shooter, Ethics, etc.)
  • Monitor ESAMS access at center/detachment level and provide access and training to designated POCs for ESAMS training
  • Update Commanders Update Brief (CUB) GMT/training slides
  • Update/Monitor training Information on the NPASE tickler
  • Update/Monitor training inputs on State of NPASE report
  • Create annual GMT/Training Requirement Documentation for Center/detachment leaders
  • Manage Quarterly Training Stand Down completion and schedules
  • Assist in creation of monthly training drill schedules and track completion by Centers/detachments
  • Assist the Training Manager with tracking student registration and survey data for ESC program.

        -Build and monitor student feedback via survey for ESC training program

  • Provide additional support to Centers/detachments as needed in registration for Navy schools and SF-182 request completion
  • Must have experience in Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), Navy Knowledge Online (NKO), Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), and Advanced Skills

Job Requirements

2-5 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.

Skills, Abilities, Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to establish training needs, developing goals and objectives, and tracking/monitoring training progress of personnel
  • Must have experience in Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), Navy Knowledge Online (NKO), Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), and Advanced Skills Management (ASM).

  • Must be able to maintain Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
