Job Description

Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel. Is recognized as an expert in the field in which he/she is training.

  1. Five years experience in adult learning or course development.

  1. At least three years experience with learning models, research and theories to address problems and solutions.

  1. Three years experience with face-to-face, online and bleneded learning design and development.  

  1. Performs expert level development and delivery of highly complex training programs and related materials in support of training objectives.

  1. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

  1. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

  1. Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

  1. Conducts research into new training, educational and multimedia technologies.

  1. Serves as a top level technical or functional expert supporting one or more clients and unlimited user groups.

  1. Performs highly specialized technical tasks associated with cutting-edge technologies.

  1. Applies expert functional knowledge and experience to significant business projects or processes.

  1. May perform business development activities, including providing technical input to proposal efforts.

  1. Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff.

  1. May serve as a technical task or project leader.

  1. May have supervisory responsibilities.

  1. Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in area of expertise.

  1. Participates in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

10-15 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.
