Job Description

Trainer will be located at the MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. Systems to be trained may include multiple analyst tools associated with the system, including GCCS-I3, CIDNE, M3, Analyst's Notebook, IPL, TIGR, PSDS2, and others like INTEL FS.

Conducts formal and informal system and software application instruction and assists in the scheduling and administration of all classes and preparation of course training materials.

Individual uses subject matter expertise to provide technical support to a variety of military-related projects and programs including ISAF and OIR pre-deployment training.

Assists with the development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.

Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.

Assists in the development and update of project documentation including system procedures and training materials.

May conduct functional testing of various systems or applications. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.

Participates in special projects and conducts technical support as required.

Uses subject matter expertise to provide technical support to a variety of projects and programs; Works on projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise; Researches, identifies, and assists in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion; Gathers and processes basic operational data; Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.

Job Requirements

-5-8 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.

-Must have superior writing and verbal communication skills.
-Intelligence Analysis experience required.
-NATO experience preferred.
-Metrics production and site/customer coordination
-Willingness to work with students with various skill levels in a multi-cultural environment.
-Ability to independently travel and set up training at remote training sites.
-Must possess a Secret Security Clearance (Top Secret preferred)and be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret Security Clearance.
-Must be able to achieve ITILv3 Foundation Certification within six months of hire.
-Willingness to travel to conduct training in ISAF, OIR, NATO experience preferred.
-Metrics production and site/customer coordination
-This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide.
-Willingness to work together as a team with other US BICES-X trainers located in different Combatant Command locations.
