Job Description

GDIT seeks Principal Program Analysts for Supervisory Case Coordinator.   Positions report on day-to-day basis to a Lead Supervisory Case Coordinator.  Role holds primary responsibility for all case-related supervisory tasks in regional areas of assignment within the program. 


  • Provides timely consultation, staffing and oversight on complex cases elevated by program team (Case Coordinators and Direct Operations Coordinators).
  • Provides input on clinical, safety and well-being issues for behavioral/mental health and other specialized needs which affect provision of services to and timely/safe release and level of care for possible transfers.
  • Identifies and elevates emerging trends and/or issues identified by program team (Case Coordinators and Direct Operations Coordinators) to a lead Supervisory Case Coordinator.
  • Primary POC for elevated cases from and engagement with Supervisory field staff.
  • Supervises and evaluates Direct Operations Coordinators in regional area of assignment.
  • Supports the training and performance management of line Case Coordinator staff in conjunction with operations team.
  • Conducts on-site visits of program team (Case Coordinators and Direct Operations Coordinators) for supervision purposes.
  • Participates in special projects as required.


This is a nationally based teleworking position. Location selected is generic but travel will be necessary for field visitation. Program headquarters is in Rockville, Maryland


Position requires fingerprint background checks and child abuse / neglect checks.

Job Requirements

Service Delivery Experience: 5 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience working with youth and trauma-informed care is necessary. Supervisory experience is required.

Licensure: MSW Clinical Licensed Social Worker. Eligibility for this license and obtained within 6 months of start is also acceptable.
