- A minimum of 15+ years’ experience in Telephony Systems and Unified Communications (UC) environments developing, designing and implementing telephony and UC/UCaaS architectures using emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies in complex networks, cloud, UC, UCaaS, and cybersecurity with the ability to lead and guide the adoption and transformation to these technologies
- Proven and successful experience leading large, diverse and complex IT Modernization and Digital Transformation projects
- Strong understanding and experience with Unified Communications, Voice over IP (VOIP), and network infrastructure/architecture
- Proven technical expertise in messaging, video, voice, web conferencing and IP telephony technologies
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of High-Availability computing and networking (Load Balancing, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Proven understanding of network design best practices
