Job Description

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking highly motivated technical professionals who are eager to play a major role in IT transformation at Government agencies in the aviation and other transportation fields.

This is a telework position. Onsite support will be required as requested by customer.

The Workforce Management Systems Engineer will lead Workforce Management Systems/Applications planning, design, development, testing and maintenance.

The Workforce Management Systems Engineer will perform the following:
  • Performs Workforce Management Systems capacity planning, design and development
  • Plans, designs, tests, and deploys systems upgrades
  • Builds, deploys, configures, tests, and maintains Workforce Management Systems and Applications
  • Leads and supports integration and migration efforts
  • Troubleshoots and resolves in a timely fashion Workforce Management System issues

Job Requirements

1) 3 – 5 years of experience planning, designing, developing and maintaining Workforce Management Systems

2) CCNA certification required

3) Significant hands-on experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems

4) Considerable hands-on experience with ACD, IVR and other telephony systems
